He specializes in retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings and self-storage facilities. Throughout his career, Anthony has closed hundreds of deals with a combined total of over 10 million square feet.

Eugene Rivera brings more than ten years of international experience. He lived in Hong Kong and Beijing as a commodities trader valuing the assets of mines across the globe before his big transition into New York City’s commercial real estate market.


He now acts as Director of the Commercial Real Estate Division with regards to finding the true value of real estate assets, such as industrial warehouses, Office “A” Complexes and boutique hotels, to name a few.
